WHAT TO DO FIRST
If you would like to join us, please visit the TAKE PART page and enter your details on the REGISTRATION form, then press SUBMIT!
We will forward a booking form with details required for your website listing. A promotional flyer will be included in the email.
On receipt of your completed booking form and payment, confirmation of your place will be emailed along with a receipt for your payment and a promotional flyer to use on your website and/or social media.
Your details will be added to the EXHIBITORS pages on the website.
PLEASE NOTE Exhibitors will be listed in order of booking for each event. A screen shot will be sent to for you to check and confirm your listing details.
Further promotional material will follow for you to display in and around your neighbourhood and share via social media.
Please let us know if you intend to hold demonstrations during the event and we will help promote dates and times through our promotional campaign before and during each event.
We hope you will be willing to have your display photographed for promotional use during and after the event.
Please let me know in advance if you prefer not to have images of your display publicised.
SALISBURY ARTS SCENE'S marketing of the event includes FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM along side direct promotional material through our MAIL LIST.
Online media platforms via SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL, WILTSHIRE COUNCIL, VISIT WILTSHIRE, SALISBURY JOURNAL and NEW VALLEY NEWS will be used to promote the event.
Supporters of SALISBURY ARTS SCENE promote each event through their own mail lists and social media… a full list of our supporters can be seen on the SUPPORTED BY page of the website.
A publicity flyer will be emailed to all exhibitors to upload to websites and/or social media and to send out via newsletters mail lists.
Flyers are also distributed around the town at various locations including the train station, hotels, guest houses and local businesses in the town centre.
Printed A5 flyers will be posted to each exhibitor to display in windows in and around your neighbourhood.
The promotion of each event will begin as soon as the dates are announced and will continue throughout and after the event.
Please ensure your PUBLIC LIABILITY insurance is up-to-date and adequately covers you and your displays for the duration of each event. A copy of your current cover is required for our records.

We will be on-hand before and throughout the day and will help in anyway we can to ensure you get the most out of the event.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
If for any reason the event is cancelled by Salisbury Arts Scene a full refund will be offered. Alternatively, your payment can be transferred to the next event.
For cancellations made after the commencement of the events marketing and one week before the event date a 50% refund will be given.
For cancellations made one week prior to the event date you will not be entitled to a refund.
