NEW TO EXHIBITING AND SELLING OUTDOORS?
If you are new to exhibiting and/or selling art work outside the following points are set out to help you prepare, carry out and enjoy this exhibition experience with confidence.
THE MARKET PLACE
Gazebos are provided for each exhibitor in the Market Place. They are 3m x 3m and approximately 7' in height.
A 6' table is also provided with a fitted black cloth. You are welcome to bring another table for your display and extra cloths are available.
The Market Place will be ready to set-up from 7.30am for each. You are welcome to drive on the the square to unload and again to load your car from 4pm.
PLEASE NOTE Cars are not allowed to be parked on the Greencroft during the event.

VISITOR INFORMATION SIGNS & FORMS
Guidelines to visitors with regards lockdown restrictions will be provided.
Please position at a prominent place for visitors to see.
Collect names and contact details of visitors happy to be added to your Mail List for your future promotional use.
PUT SAFETY FIRST
Secure and keep safe all art and craft work, cash tins and valuables to protect from theft and to help protect from gusts of wind!
Keep visitors and the public at the recommended distance and provide plastic gloves and hand sanitiser for handling.
HELP AND COVER
If possible, ask a family member or friend to be on hand throughout the event to help with visitors, to cover breaks and time away from your display area and to ensure the safety of your art work at all times.
If you are unable to get help during the day, please let us know… we are on hand to help.
SALES AND DELIVERIES
When possible, take payments via a card reader or BACs transfer.
Payments should be received in full before artwork is taken. Provide a sales receipt.
Offer deliveries to be arranged for after the event to avoid gaps in your displays… but not essential, especially if the buyer is visiting from further afield.
Keep a note of your sales and purchaser's details for your records.
